Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Donations

1.1. Non-Refundable Contributions
All donations made to Samir Malati Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. The funds are utilized for the betterment of society, including projects for education, village development, and other welfare initiatives.

1.2. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transaction due to technical issues.
  • Errors in the amount or details provided during the transaction.

1.3. Request for Refund
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances:

Samir Malati Foundation will review your request and respond within 10 business days.

2. Event Registrations (if applicable)

2.1. Cancellation by Participant
If you have registered for an event or workshop and wish to cancel:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 3 days prior to the event date for a partial refund (processing fees may apply).
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the event date.

2.2. Cancellation by Organization
If Samir Malati Foundation cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • Participants will receive a full refund of the registration fees.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

3. Products or Merchandise (if applicable)

3.1. Cancellation
Orders for products or merchandise purchased through the website can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

3.2. Refunds
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

 

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be made using the same mode of payment as the original transaction. In case of technical issues, alternate modes may be used upon mutual agreement.
